1. Scope
These GTC apply to all consulting and architecture services provided by RANGGER & PARTNERS ZÜRICH GmbH.
Deviating conditions require written agreement.
2. Services
Services include in particular:
- Architecture consulting
- Concept development and target-state definition
- Modernisation planning
- Implementation support
The specific scope of services is defined in the respective proposal.
3. Client cooperation obligations
The client provides the necessary information, access, and contact persons.
4. Remuneration
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Billing based on time and material
- Billing according to proposal
- Payment term: 30 days net
5. Liability
Liability is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to intent and gross negligence.
Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to treat all non-publicly available information as confidential.
7. Intellectual property
Developed concepts and documents may be used within the scope of the agreed project.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
